Activities

The place has charms enough to satisfy all nature lovers and captivate those who does not know it previously with a suggestive and wild landscape on which you can make all kinds of outdoor activities:

Hiking: Benasque Valley offers opportunities for all levels, from simple walks through paths, ancient roads and forests, which once linked all these villages; and longer routes that take you to lakes and wild spots.

Alpine, climbing: In the Natural Park Posets-Maladeta are the highest peaks of the Pyrenees, over 30 exceeded the 3,000 m. (Aneto, Perdiguero; Posets, etc.).

Free Flight: Castejón de Sos hosted the World Championships in 1997, and now it is the most important Flight Center in Spain where you can practise paragliding, hang gliding, ultralight in special conditions for all these sport. Also, you will be able to do courses and rides flying with an experienced instructor.

Rafting is a journey fun, safe, with waves and mountains. You do not need any experience.

Canyoning, with slides, waterfalls, rappelling ...

In winter with snow there is a world of possibilities:

• Alpine skiing: in the ski resort of Cerler (20 minutes by car)
• Cross-country skiing: at the station Llanos del Hospital (30 minutes by car)
• Journeying with ski mountain
• Tours with snowshoes.
